These terms apply when you use www.vidavitalstudio.com, download our free guide, or buy one of our digital products. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
This site is operated by Vida Vital Studio. You can reach us at support@vidavitalstudio.com for any question about these terms, an order, or your personal data. We aim to reply within two business days.
We sell digital products: guides and meal plans delivered as PDF files. Nothing physical is produced or shipped. Product pages describe what is included — the number of pages, what is inside, and the file format — and we ask you to read that description before buying.
The Anti-Bloat Food Swap Guide is free. To receive it you give us your email address, and by submitting the form you agree that we may send you the guide and, afterwards, occasional emails with food ideas and information about our products.
You can leave that list at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, and doing so does not affect the copy of the guide you already downloaded — it is yours to keep. How we handle your address is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We do not require a payment card for the free guide, and there is no trial that converts into a paid subscription. There is no subscription of any kind.
Paid products are sold and processed through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction and handles payment, invoicing and any applicable sales tax or VAT. Gumroad's own terms apply to the payment itself. Some products are also listed on our Etsy shop, where Etsy's terms apply to that purchase.
We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown on the product page, in the currency stated there, and may change at any time — the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete it.
An order is complete when payment is confirmed and the download is made available to you.
Delivery is immediate and digital. The free guide downloads directly from this website as soon as you submit the form, and a copy is sent to the email address you gave us. Paid products are made available for download as soon as payment is confirmed, and a link is sent to the email address used at checkout.
If a download does not work, or you cannot open a file, email us and we will get the file to you.
Because our products are digital and the complete content is available to you immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order is completed. The full terms are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. That right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal — which is what you give when you complete a purchase and take the download. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law are unaffected, and nothing here limits your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
When you download a guide or buy a plan, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may read it on your devices and print as many copies as you like for yourself.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, share the file or its download link publicly, upload it to a file-sharing service, reproduce it in another product, or use it to train a machine-learning model. The text, photographs, layout and design remain our property or that of our licensors.
Everything we publish — on this website, in the free guide, and in our paid plans — is general nutrition and lifestyle information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a treatment for any condition. It is not personalised to you and cannot take your medical history into account.

Any experience described on this site is that individual's own and is not a guarantee that you will have the same one.
Please use the site lawfully and normally. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, submit other people's email addresses, scrape it in bulk, or use automated tools to submit the form. We may block access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
The site relies on a small number of third parties: Vercel hosts it, Gumroad handles paid orders, our email platform stores subscribers and sends our emails, and Pinterest provides advertising measurement. Their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or any product, at any time. If we withdraw a product you have already bought, that does not affect your licence to keep using the file you downloaded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your reliance on general information published here. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including a consumer's statutory rights.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will also be announced by email.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
If you have a complaint, please email us first — most things are resolved that way. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
