This policy explains what personal data Vida Vital Studio collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to www.vidavitalstudio.com.
The short version. We ask for your email address so we can send you the free guide and occasional food ideas. We do not sell or share your address. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to support@vidavitalstudio.com.
Vida Vital Studio is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at support@vidavitalstudio.com for any question or request relating to your personal data.
We use your email address to deliver the free guide you requested, and afterwards to send occasional emails with food ideas and information about our products. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form; we tell you at the point of collection that we will email you, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe.
For purchases, our legal basis is the performance of a contract with you, plus our legitimate interest in keeping the records that tax and accounting rules require.
We use a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions and bound to protect your data:
This site uses the Pinterest tag, which tells us how many people who saw one of our pins went on to visit the site or request the guide. When you submit the form we also send Pinterest a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address (SHA-256) so it can match the conversion to an advertisement. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your address, and Pinterest does not receive your address in readable form. You can control this at Pinterest privacy settings, and browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will also prevent it.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for a short period afterwards so that we can honour the unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Some of the providers above process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time — the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email is the fastest way. Write to support@vidavitalstudio.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or the UK and you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
We do not use cookies for analytics or personalisation of our own. The Pinterest tag described above may set cookies for advertising measurement; blocking third-party cookies in your browser prevents this without affecting anything else on the site.
This site and its products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing subscribers will also be announced by email.
